Easy Energy Bites Recipe
You guys, these are the bomb! My sister-in-law gave me this recipe so all props to Maria for this one.
These are perfect for when you're craving a little (sweet) snack or traveling!

Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup ground flax seed
2/3 cup natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips OR
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips + 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
Directions:
You're going to be mind blown with how easy this is!
Step 1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 2. Roll into 1 inch balls.
Step 3. Eat.
Store them in the fridge! I like to eat them cold so my suggestion is to chill them before indulging.
WARNING: You will want to eat them all in one sitting.
