Backyard Patio Project (on a budget!)
It’s coming up on 3 years that Jason and I have been living in our home and we’ve been wanting to put a little patio in the backyard ever since, but it’s been one of those things that kept getting put on the back burner due to all of the other projects and things in life we’ve had going on!
But not this year! It was at the top of our spring & summer to-do list and although we haven’t made much progress yet (we literally just started it this past weekend), I thought I would throw together a little inspiration board in case any of you guys may be working on your patio this season as well!
Before
We want to create a cozy, relaxing space to spend our summer days and evenings hanging out in the backyard with the kiddos, while keeping it very simple and budget friendly!
Loveseat + chair - Love the look of these so much, but I think we are going to attempt to DIY our own!
String lights - What’s a back patio without some sparkly string lights? They honestly add so much to the whole vibe!
Outdoor pillows - Definitely adding a couple of these for the prettiest pop of color!
End table - The prettiest little gold end table!
Gas fire pit - You can easily spend a pretty penny on these, but this one from Walmart is very affordable!
Concrete patio stones - Our plan is to lay these big beauties with gravel in between!
Anyone else working on a patio this year?! We are so excited to see it all come together and I can’t wait to share the after!
