A SIMPLE WAY TO IMPROVE YOUR TIME MANAGEMENT | PLUS A FREE PRINTABLE SCHEDULE
Who else struggles with time management? I definitely do! I'll have a million things on my mind that I want/need to do, but when I go to grab a piece of paper to write my to-do list, I'll get distracted by something else and start cleaning or picking up, then I realize that I stopped working on my previous task and I switch back to that and so on and so forth. It's basically a revolving cycle of distraction for me. Haha!
So when I was explaining this struggle to Bryana, she suggested creating a time block schedule to stay focused and on task! Basically, you can set a specific amount of time to complete certain tasks during that block instead of just a regular old to-do list! Isn't she a genius?!
I created a blank daily time block schedule to fill out and follow each day for myself and of course, I have to share it with you guys!! You can click below to download, print, and use it to help better manage your time and be as productive as possible!
FREE PRINTABLE TIME BLOCK SCHEDULE
You can start by filling out the heading of each block with your time frame and in the box below that, write down each task you want to complete during that block of time and set an alarm! I've found that having an alarm set is a really helpful way to keep you on track with each block and then once it goes off, you're on to the next one!
And of course, be sure to schedule in some time for resting and relaxing in the evening or whenever it works for you because it's important y'all!
